Why You Need a Creative Outlet (and How It Changed My Life)
Let’s be real—juggling work and hobbies isn’t always easy. I get asked all the time how I balance everything, and honestly? It’s a challenge! But if there’s one thing I’ve learned, it’s that making time for what you love is just as important as getting that paycheck.
For me, fitness is my passion, but modeling? I’m That’s my creative escape. Don’t get me wrong—I love helping people through fitness, but I also realized something crucial: I can’t pour from an empty cup. Sometimes, we get so caught up in work and responsibilities that we forget to do things that genuinely light us up.
Yes, making money is great, but are you making time for the things that make you the happiest? If not, I highly recommend you start! It’s one of the best things I’ve done this year.
Speaking of making time—I took my own advice and turned my iPhone 11 Pro and a tripod into my personal studio. Modeling has been my way of staying creative and sane, especially when life gets chaotic (shoutout to quarantine for making that extra clear). That summer wasn’t the best because of COVID-19, and with all the restrictions, doing anything “normal” felt impossible. So, what did I do? I made my own fun—I modeled, took photos, and embraced what made me feel like me.
Moral of the story? Life gets hectic, but don’t forget to carve out time for what truly makes you happy. You deserve it!
(P.S. I’ll drop some of my modeling shots below—no fancy studio, just me, my tripod, and my love for the camera!)
